Nashville Hospital Worker to go to Trial for Bias and Retaliation

Recently, a federal judge in Tennessee ruled that a worker at Nashville General Hospital could go to trial for retaliation after the hospital allegedly offered her a full-time role if she dropped her race discrimination complaint.
