The 3 Core Components of a Winning Case
Winfrey Employment and Civil Rights primarily represents only employees and individuals whose employment and civil rights are harmed by the unlawful actions of large corporations or government entities. Occasionally, we will represent individuals with claims for serious personal injury or wrongful death.
We believe three things are essential for success against entities for employment and civil rights violations.
First, a client whose rights have been violated who refuses to let injustice stand.
Second, skilled legal counsel committed to securing the strongest possible result for each client.
Third, the relentless commitment of the client and lawyer to work as a team towards the goal of securing substantial justice.
Our clients and their cases are important. Employment and Civil Rights are important. Regardless of your background or situation in life, be confident that we will utilize ethical practices and absolute commitment to your case in order to help you move toward a brighter future.
